If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it. Returned items must show no signs of wear. The item must be complete, with all original tags and tag hangers attached. Once we receive your completed return form, we will process your refund \u2014 including the original shipping cost if the entire order is returned \u2014 to the bank account number you provide in the form. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the form. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.<\/p>

Personalised orders \u2014 items made to the customer's individual specifications \u2014 are not eligible for return.<\/p>
